Regular Registration: RMB 4,000/USD 600 per paper
Student/IEEE member Registration: RMB 3,700/USD 550 per paper
Additional papers: RMB 3,700/USD 550 per paper
Extra Page (More than 6 pages): RMB 400/USD 60 per extra page
Additional Conference Proceedings: RMB 550/USD 80 each
Attendee Registration (Without Paper) : RMB 1,500/USD 200 per person

Details about Registration Fees
1. Registration fee for ICCSTE2026 Full-time Student is RMB3700 or USD550, and for Regular is RMB4000 or USD600.
2. Each paid registration covers only one paper, and you can pay Extra Paper Charges (Additional papers: RMB3700 or USD550) for one more paper from the same first author who already has a paid registration.
3. If the length of the paper exceeds Six(6) Pages, the cost of Each Extra Page (from Page SEVEN(7)) is RMB400 or USD60.
4. Registration fees include conference proceedings, lunches, gifts, attending all technical sessions.
5. Registration fees include iThenticate software against Plagiarism fee.
6. The registration fee does not include:
• Accommodation
• Visa application fee
• Transportation fee

Registration Fee Confirmation
Completed registrations will be acknowledged by the Organizing Committee within seven (7) days after receiving your payment.
