1. All papers, whether invited or contributed, will be reviewed by two or three experts from the committees. After a thorough review process, all accepted papers will be published promptly, formally, and with high quality as a proceedings by IEEE (Conference ID: #71669). These papers will be submitted to EI Compendex and Scopus database for evaluation.

2. SCI Journal-The overall aim of the EURASIP Journal on Wireless Communications and Networking (EURASIP JWCN) is to bring together science and applications of wireless communications and networking technologies with emphasis on signal processing techniques and tools. The journal is indexed by EI-Compendex and Science Citation Index Expanded.
3. SCI Journal-Journal of Advances in Information Technology(1798-2340),JAIT is centered around the idea of new and emerging IT advancements geared towards finding solutions in tackling the problems and challenges that we face in the 21st century. This necessitates a forward-looking and multidisciplinary/convergent approach and aims at harnessing advances in computing and IT both to improve our everyday life in a multitude of ways and to meet the challenges of tomorrow.
Indexing Service: Content will be submitted to the indexing companies for possible indexing. Indexing Services are independent organizations, and Publisher cannot guarantee that any particular abstract or index entry will be included in EI Compendex or any other indexing service.

iThenticate against Plagiarism
  ICCSTE2026 uses the iThenticate software to detect instances of overlapping and similar text in submitted manuscripts. iThenticate software checks content against a database of periodicals, the Internet, and a comprehensive article database. It generates a similarity report, highlighting the percentage of overlap between the uploaded article and the published material. Any instance of content overlap is further scrutinized for suspected plagiarism according to the publisher s Editorial Policies. GSKI2021 allows an overall similarity of 30% for a manuscript to be considered for publication. The similarity percentage is further checked keeping the important points in view in Author Instruction.
  The use of AI content generation tools for writing, editing, or translating is strictly prohibited. This includes AI-assisted manuscript drafting, paraphrasing, rewriting, or converting content from one language to another.
  If any AI-generated or AI-translated content is detected, the submission will be rejected immediately, and all consequences shall be borne solely by the author(s). The conference/organizing committee assumes no responsibility for any ethical or academic dispute arising from such violations.   Authors are fully responsible for the authenticity, accuracy, and originality of their submissions.

Penalty against Plagiarism
We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtual of any academic. Hence any act of plagiarism is a totally unacceptable academic misconduct and cannot be tolerated. If an author is found to commit an act of plagiarism, the following acts of sanction will be taken:
  1. Reject the article submitted or delete the article from published Conference proceedings.
  2. Impose a three years ban for the author to submit any article to future Conferences.
  3. Report the authors violation to his/her supervisor(s) and affiliated institution(s).
  4. Report the authors violation to the appropriate overseeing office of academic ethics and research funding agency.
  5. Publish the authors name(s), the title of the article, the name(s) of the affiliated institution and the details of misconduct, etc. of the plagiarist.
